NEW! Skyrock messenger to chat instantaneously with your bests!
With the NEW Skyrock Messenger, you can chat instantaneously with your best friends while surfing on Skyrock. Once activated, the messenger will be displayed at the bottom of each page you visit on Skyrock.com.

To use the messenger, you must:
1/ Activate it by going to “Friends” tab “settings” and checking off the button “Activate the messenger”
2/ Have best friends who also added you to their list of best friends.

Skyrock Messenger alerts you whenever you receive:
. A new message
. A new comment
. A confirmation that a friend just added you
. A new duel


You can show:
** Your status: You choose your status online, idle or appear invisible.
** Your latest: The sentence of the day
** Sound: activated or not (depending on where you are)

New: Find your (best) friends in one click!

A new and easy way to sort, find your friends and best friends has just been launched.

Now you can:

- Find your (best) friends via the search field
Sort your (best) friends
- By alphabetical order: Display your (best) friends from (A to Z)
- From the most recent to the earliest (or vice versa): Display your (best) friends from the most recently added to the earliest. It depends on the date you added your (best) friend.
- My best friends (online) go first: Determine whether all your best friends, or only your best friends who are connected on Skyrock, appear on top of your friend list

Only for best friends :

- Determine the order in which you'd like to have your bests appear: This is similar to the way you can change the order of your blog posts.
- Easy, one-click access to the Profile/Blog of your best friends.

- Don't forget to add the Skyrock-team to your best friends!

NEW! Invite your friends to become your Best Friends

Check out our latest function, which allows you to directly add a Skyrock member to your best friends.

Go on the member's blog or profile >> click on "Add to my friends" >> check off "Add to my best friends." If s/he accepts, s/'he'll appear in your list of best friends. You can also send him/her an automatic message to alert him/her to the fact that s/he has been added to your list of bests.

Tips&Tricks: Animate your profile: Create a web video

Would you like your profile to be even more fun? Be able to share your exceptional voice or just mess about?

Then record your own webcam video!

For this, go on “edit my profile” click on" videos," then the tab "record your own video".

Careful! On certain computers a message pops up to allow the camera to work.

Once you are ready to record, you have up to 1 minute. If satisfied, click on “validate”.

Your video will not appear straight away as it needs to be approved by our surveillance team.
