Putting friends into your "Best Friends" list allows them to appear on top of the friend lists in your Blog and Profile.
You can have up to a maximum of 100 Best friends!
The "best friend" you want to add must already be in your standard friend list.
1) - Log-in > My friends > Best friends
2) - Enter the username you want to add
To change your best friends, head to the Best friends tab and remove contacts by clicking on the red cross.
Skyrock's search tool is super precise.
Take for instance the 'Article Search' - if you're looking for some articles on your favourite TV show all you have to do is type in the name and voila - all the articles on Skyrock that mention the show will appear!
Also good to know: You can sort the results into categories: Popularity and date, most recent to eldest.
That's not all, you can optimize you search by specifying :
- Author
- Content (with videos, pictures, music)
- Authors' sex
- Age group
- Blogs' location

There's no need to go through the hassle of entering your username and password every time you log-in to your Skyrock account.. By ticking 'Stay online' when logging in as normal, your username and password will be saved for two weeks. That way every time you head to Skyrock for the following two weeks you will automatically be logged-in. Handy huh?Beware though!
- Do not activate this option if you share your computer with other people as they will have direct access to your account.
All you need to do is 'log out' so that your username is no longer retained. Why don't you test it out and tell us what you think?
Express yourself by putting smileys in your blog! To have your semi-colon-with-half-parenthesis become a smiley, head to your Blog Settings and tick the option 'Convert smiley's to images'

Did you know you can edit the size of your pictures?! All you have to do is follow the steps below:
1. Write your article and click on 'Image' under 'Add media'.
2. Click on 'Choose your picture' and pick the image you want to upload
3. Edit the width of the picture by manually entering the number of pixels.
4. Don't worry about keeping the picture in proportion, that's done automatically for you ! All that's left for you to do is click 'Add' and voilà, your resized picture is on-line !
Tip : Your picture not getting any bigger ? It's probably because it's original size isn't big enough.

What's a fan? It's anyone who added you to their faves. To check who your fans are head to: 'My friends' > My fans
Here are some tips to keep your fans interested:
Update your blog to share all those random tidbits that your life is about. How about scrapbooking your favourite music videos or photos with friends? Meet people! Visit their blogs and add them to your friends.
If all else fails, get your friends on Skyrock and have them add you to their faves!
Fancy getting your friends to join you on Skyrock? Using your Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail it couldn't be easier. All you need to do is head to 'My Friends' > 'Settings' More friends and you can instantly upload your friend list. Don't worry though, if you don't have Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail you can still invite your pals by manually entering their email address.

Taking your article offline doesn't mean deleting it.
Just go to POST > click on the 'Public' button for the article in question > tick 'Offline'
If you decide you want to put the article back online all you have to do is re-tick 'Online'. It couldn't be simpler!
A few of you have written in to ask What's a blacklist"?"
Here's what it does: The blacklist prevents members you select from sending you messages, leaving comments or requesting duels.
So how do you add a member to your blacklist you ask? It really couldn't be simpler. Just click 'More options' > 'Block' on the user in questions Blog or Profile and voila, they're blacklisted!
